Silence Is The Key To Happiness



 It can be hard to slow down without feeling guilty.  Especially at work or school. When I actually find the time to catch my breath or sit down for a moment I feel something pulling me to keep to doing something but it's not always a bad thing to slow down and listen to your body. 

I'm not just talking about those few minutes before you fall asleep at night in your bed.  I'm talking set aside a few minutes during your day 
to think about how you feel.  Just notice how you feel and if you don't feel yourself, ask yourself how can I make myself feel good? 



 I am looking to appreciate the silent moments when I feel my anxiety creeping up on me.
