Maybelline The Falsies Big Eyes Mascara Review

I am going to tell you right now I have a shopping addiction and it needs to stop but I couldn't help it when I saw everyone raving about this new mascara. So guess what I did I went out and purchased it myself. One of my all time favorite mascara's in the drugstore is by Maybelline and its called The Falsies so when I heard they were going out with another one I run to Walmart. I was taken back by this new mascara because it is double ended with one brush for your upper lashes and another brushes for your lower lashes.

There are 3 shades available:

-Blackest Black
-Very Black
-Brownish Black

This mascara is amazing. It reminds of the XXL extensions by Maybelline. I love that it has two sides. I think this idea was genius. It doesn't leave my lashes stiff. I had no clumps. When I use a regular mascara to coat by button lashes with mascara I usually end up with smudges on my button lash line.

The upper lash line brush is a fairy normal size. The brush is plastic. It's smaller that most Maybelline brushes but I like it because its a lot easier to control. I didn't see amazing volume but I did get a lot of length. I do prefer long lashes over volumized lashes.

Overall, I love this mascara. Mascara is a very important step in my makeup routine. I think this mascara is totally worth it. I love the separation it gives your lashes. Your lashes don't stick together. Having a double ended mascara to also get those button lashes is a great bonus. I used this mascara at my cousin's graduation party last night and I didn't even use the waterproof version and I cried a lot, I am a very emotional person and this mascara didn't go anywhere. It stayed in place all night long. It was very easy to remove as well. To remove my mascara I used the Simple Cleansing Makeup Wipes

Maybelline Volum' Express The Colossal Cat Eyes Mascara Review

Mascara has been one of those products that I had became very picky about. I've tried my fair share of high end and low end mascara's. My all time favorite mascara by Maybelline has to be The Falsies Mascara which made be curious about trying other Maybelline hyped about mascaras.

The curved wand is genius. It reminds me of The Falsies mascara wand but smaller. This wand reaches every lash perfectly giving your lashes a curl. I always curl my lashes whenever I apply mascara but I tried this mascara without curling my lashes and it did a fabulous job and this mascara held there curl all day.

Will I Repurchase: Probably not, as much as I really did love it, I love The Falsies Mascara more. I can totally see why everyone loves it mascara but I want to try a different mascara that's more effective such as the Benefit They're Real Mascara. <------Hint Hint ;)

Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush in Hot Tamale

When Maybelline first came out with the dream bouncy blush line a year ago I remember everyone went crazy for them but not everyone was pleased with the quality. I thought I was the only one who loved them but then I realized my secret.

These blushes are pigmented beyond belief. Hot Tamale is a coral- red blush with a frost finish that turns to a powder when dry.

These dream bouncy blushes have such a unique formulation. It feels almost like a cream blush but when it dries it dries like a powdery texture. If you did not know any better it would probably be considered a cream brush.

This is where my secret comes in. For a lot of people the application was difficult for most girls. I didn't like using my fingers for sanitary reasons. When girls where using there fingers it wasn't picking up lot of product which leaves a deeper pigmentation. If you use a sponge applicator or a brush you can pick up more product which in return you get a deep pigmentation.

Hot Tamale is a very build able color but beware too much it can look a little cakey and that's never a good look.

I purchased my dream bouncy blush at CVS for $7.99.

Mini Beauty Haul

Hi Bloggers!

Today I have a mini drugstore haul for you guys! Well recently I went to Target and  I picked up a couple of new products to try out. Tell me in the comments if you like/hate these products, I would love to know what you guys think.

First product I picked up was the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder. I watch a lot of beauty gurus on youtube and read many beauty bloggers and so many people put this in there 2012 beauty favorites. So it was a no brainer and purchased this product and I can’t wait to test it out.

Second product was the L’OREAL Paris Colour Riche Palette in 841 Because I’m Worth It. I recently watched Macbarbie07 on youtube recently use this product in a makeup tutorial and I thought this palette was a must. I purchased mine at Target for $6.99.

Third product I purchased at the Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Cat Eyes Mascara. I was very hesitant about this product in the beginning that why I didn’t purchase till now.

Last product I purchased was the St. Ives Blemish Control Apricot Scrub. I recently was talked to my grandma and she was telling me, “well you shouldn’t have bought that you know you can make your own.” It was only $2.97 and well I purchased it anyway. Maybe after I finish this bottle and will try to make a homemade scrub.

Reviews on all these products coming later this week!
